Cut and gut a Zucchini (the largest you can get is best because the inside is more hollow.) After scooping the seeds out of the middle, sprinkle in Double Barrel. Top with cooked rice, diced sausage, and white onion and bake for 20 mins on low (around 325F) then add on tomatoes, bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese. Broil on low until the cheese melts and serve with a sprinkle of DB on top.

Using leftover Double Barrel chicken that was grilled and wrapped in bacon, we added it to pizza with Alfredo sauce, fried onions and mozzarella cheese (we often add mushrooms too).

Recipe makes 12 servings

1 pound dry garbanzo beans

1 meaty ham bone

10 new potatoes, halved

5 carrots, chopped

1 Vidalia Onion

ground black pepper to taste

2 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tbsp Double Barrel Seasoning

1 Tbsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp parsley

Place the garbanzo beans into a large container and cover with several inches of cool water and salt to taste; let stand 8 hours to overnight.

The next day, rinse the soaked beans and place them into a slow cooker; place the ham bone in the cooker, and pour in enough water to cover the beans and ham bone by several inches. Set the cooker to Low, and cook for 8 hours.

Skim any foam from the top of the soup, and remove the ham bone. Strip as much meat as possible from the ham bone, and return the meat to the slow cooker; discard the bone. Stir in potatoes, carrots, onion, chili powder, Double Barrel Seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper. Set the cooker on Low, and cook for 1 hour; then turn the heat up to High and cook 1 more hour (10 hours total cooking time).

Sweet and white potato home fries cooked in coconut oil, garlic powder, parsley and Double Barrel Seasonings!

Boil the bag of red potatoes on the stove on HI for about 15 minutes, preheat oven for 400, then put them on a baking sheet and “smash” them flat (I used my potato masher).

Drizzle olive oil on top of each potato and then sprinkle DB seasoning evenly, put in oven for about 15 minutes. We dipped our potatoes in spicy ranch dressing, next time I’m adding cheese and bacon to them!!

Use chicken of your choice (boneless skinless breast is our favorite). Place chicken, red potatoes (halved if you desire), and carrots in a baking dish with a lid. Sprinkle chicken and veggies with desired amount of Double Barrel.

Quarter your bell pepper, vidalia onion, and apple. Place on top of chicken and veggies. Pour 1/2-1 stick of melted butter on top. Cover with lid. Bake on 350•F until done (45 mins out so)

Here is our Thanksgiving Day turkey made with Double Barrel! It was completely consumed in no time.  Numerous compliments including “this is the best turkey I have ever had.”

Simple Recipe: quarter one green bell pepper, quarter a medium vidalia onion, quarter one apple. Place all above ingredients inside turkey, sprinkle turkey with desired amount of Double Barrel, place turkey breast DOWN in roasting bag inside baking dish. Pour one stick of melted butter over turkey. Tie bag up and bake until done. So delicious!

Put skinless, boneless chicken thighs in roasting pan or corningware.  Add olive oil for some liquid and a healthy dose of original Double Barrel Seasoning. Roast covered at 375 for 20 minutes, or until thighs are cooked through.  After cooking, use the left over olive oil, Double Barrel and chicken broth to season rice, add to soup or as a gravy base.  This is one worth repeating!

Loving the flavor!

Take boneless skinless chicken breast butterfly to desired thickness, take DB original and season to your liking. Get a non stick pan put on burner at medium to medium high heat and put a small amount of butter or margarine in the bottom, as the margarine melts and starts to sizzle drop your chicken in. They should take about 7 to 8 minutes on the first side then 3 to 4 minutes on the other side. The time will vary some according to how crisp you like the outside of your chicken. Plate up your chicken and serve with your favorite sides.

Thanks and enjoy,

Grab one filet, dust both sides lightly (to desired flavor) and have the grill preheated to 300 degrees. Place salmon to the side of one of the burners, do not place filet in a open flame. Once the edges of the filet have lifted (appox.6-8 min.) flip the salmon over for 5-6 min. or until firm and brush with some melted butter. You can also add some garlic powder to the butter for richer taste.
